Fundamentals
ARCHIBUS Fundamentals is a four-day course designed to teach the basic skills needed to work effectively with ARCHIBUS and provide an overview of its many business applications. Participants will learn about the basic components of ARCHIBUS – databases, drawings, and reports; and its suite of products – ARCHIBUS Windows, Web Central, and the Overlay for AutoCAD. Participants will become competent in the core ARCHIBUS application domains: Space Management, Building Operations, Real Property & Lease, and Furniture & Equipment. The Fundamentals course is great for users who are new to ARCHIBUS or who would like to learn more about the available functionality, beyond the scope of their current use.
Duration: 4 days
Prerequisite: Familiarity with Windows environment and AutoCAD is recommended

System Administration
This three-day course covers changing the ARCHIBUS user interfaces – the Process Navigator in the Overlay for AutoCad, Enterprise, and Web Central, the Domain Navigator, and the Hotlist. It also covers creating and altering view files, understanding properties and methods of the view object, installing and upgrading, implementing security, and changing control information in schema tables with and without affecting the structure of the database. The course covers both ARCHIBUS Enterprise and Web Central.
Duration: 3 days
Prerequisite: ARCHIBUS Fundamentals

101 - Project Management in Primavera P6 Web Access
This 3 day course provides hands-on training for Oracle | Primavera’s Web-based solution. Participants will create a project, create activities and relationships, customize activity views, assign resources, adjust the project plan to account for schedule delays and over allocated resources, and analyze portfolios. Participants also will customize dashboards. Hands-on workshops help students create and track an entire project to completion.

102 - Project Management in Primavera P6
This course provides hands-on training for Oracle | Primavera’s client/server based solution Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling. All workshops and instruction use the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.

106 P - Advanced Project Management in Primavera P6
This 2 day course provides in-depth project management training in Oracle | Primavera’s client/server-based solution. Building off skills learned in the basic course (102), the 106-P course covers advanced subjects such as earned value analysis; updating baselines; advanced scheduling; and top-down budgeting. Hands-on workshops enable students to apply skills learned throughout the course.

106 R - Resource Management in Primavera P6
This course provides in-depth resource management training in Primavera P6. The course covers advanced topics in management resource allocation, future-period bucket planning, and resource leveling.
Extended case studies at the end of each day provide an opportunity to apply new skills and functionality. You will first assign resources and analyze their allocation. At the end of the course, you will apply what you have learned to resolve resource overallocation.

107 - Resource Management in Primavera P6 Web Access
This 1 day course provides hands-on training for Oracle | Primavera’s Web-based solution. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of resource management by adding a resource to the enterprise resource pool; planning for resource needs in future projects; staffing resources on current projects; and managing resources to ensure they are fully utilized. This course provides hands-on training on managing portfolios in Oracle | Primavera P6 Web. 202 – Managing Contracts in Primavera Contract Management
This course provides hands‐on training for Primavera’s Contract Manager solution, focusing on project cost control and document management. Additional topics include logging and tracking submittals, recording project communication, awarding procurement items, and using contracts, purchase orders, and trends. Numerous workshops reinforce new functionality and skills.
Project Management Methodology (2 Days)
This two day course is intended for those who are new to the world of Project Management or need a better understanding of the basics of Planning, Scheduling and Controlling projects.
